ICQ chat application that newer, allows video calls for free

Famous chat software appear from the Symbian and Windows Mobile just launched the new version on Android and iOS with messaging features, phone calls and pictures for free.

ICQ is one of the communication applications run on most platforms. In addition to the two operating systems of most popular restaurant on current smartphones, iOS and Android, this application also runs on Samsung Bada, Symbian, BlackBerry, Windows Phone and Windows PC or Mac.
